Niro Team adheres to the following guiding principles for the conduct of staff and management in online communities:

Expectations for Staff and Management:

As representatives of Niro Team, staff and management are expected to:

  2. Moderate Fairly: Exercise fair and unbiased moderation of community discussions, ensuring that all voices are heard and respected.
  3. Respond to Concerns: Address community concerns and conflicts promptly and with sensitivity. Provide support and guidance to community members when needed.

Expectations for Community Members:

All community members are expected to:

  1. Respect Others: Treat fellow community members, staff, and management with respect and courtesy.
  2. Contribute Positively: Contribute to a positive and constructive atmosphere within the community. Encourage collaboration and shared learning.
  3. Report Violations: Report any violations of the Code of Conduct to the designated channels within the community.
  4. Adhere to Community Guidelines: Follow any specific community guidelines or rules outlined for each project within Niro Team.

Consequences of Violations:

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in consequences, including but not limited to warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community, depending on the severity and recurrence of the violation.

This Code of Conduct will be periodically reviewed to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness. Amendments may be made as necessary to align with the evolving needs of online communities within Niro Team.
