Niro Team ("us", "we", or "our") values collaboration among community members to achieve shared goals. These Collaboration Guidelines provide a framework for effective and respectful collaboration within our community projects.
To streamline collaboration and project management, Niro Team recommends the use of the following tools:
Niro Team recommends using Trello as the primary project management tool for tracking tasks, milestones, and overall project progress. Trello provides an organized and visual platform for effective project collaboration.
For communication within project teams, Niro Team allows flexibility for community members to use the communication tools they prefer. This could include platforms like Slack, WhatsApp, Discord, or any other tool that best suits the project's needs.
In addition to project management tools, Niro Team encourages team members to provide daily updates to the company. This can be done through [insert preferred communication channel], ensuring transparency and keeping the entire community informed about ongoing projects and progress.
Successful collaboration requires adherence to the following expectations:
Respect the opinions, ideas, and contributions of all community members. Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for diverse perspectives.
Respond to messages and communications in a timely manner. Keep team members informed about your progress and any challenges you may be facing.
Take responsibility for assigned tasks and deadlines. Communicate proactively if you encounter obstacles or foresee delays.
If conflicts arise during collaboration, refer to the Conflict Resolution Policy for guidance on resolution procedures. Report conflicts promptly and follow the outlined steps for a fair resolution.
If you have any questions about these Collaboration Guidelines, please contact us at hello@niro.team.
By collaborating within our community, you agree to abide by these Collaboration Guidelines.
