Niro Team ("us", "we", or "our") is committed to fostering a positive and collaborative online community. This Conflict Resolution Policy outlines the steps and procedures for resolving disputes or conflicts that may arise within our communities.
Community members are encouraged to report conflicts or disputes promptly using the following steps:
Attempt to resolve the conflict through direct communication with the involved party/parties. Express concerns respectfully and try to find common ground.
If direct communication fails to resolve the conflict, community members can report the issue to our moderation team using the appropriate platform or email us. Include relevant details and evidence for a thorough review.
Niro Team follows a structured process for conflict resolution:
Upon receiving a conflict report, our moderation team will conduct an initial review of the situation, considering the context and evidence provided.
If deemed necessary, a mediation process may be initiated. A neutral mediator, appointed by Niro Team, will work with the involved parties to facilitate open communication and find a resolution.
If mediation is unsuccessful, the moderation team will make a decision based on the available information. This decision is final, and both parties will be notified of the outcome.
If community members are dissatisfied with the resolution or decision, they may follow an escalation procedure:
Community members have the right to appeal the decision. Appeals can be submitted to an appropriate moderator. The appeal will be reviewed promptly and fairly.
If the appeal process does not lead to a satisfactory resolution, Niro Team may consider involving an external mediator to provide an unbiased perspective and facilitate further resolution.
