Engagement and Confidentiality Policy within Niro Team

Policy Statement

Individuals seeking to contribute to the workforce or volunteer base of Niro Team are required to formalize their engagement by signing either a work contract or a volunteering contract. Additionally, this policy mandates the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to safeguard Niro Team's sensitive information and intellectual property.

Engagement Options

Work Contract: Individuals opting for an employment engagement with Niro Team will be required to sign a work contract. This legally binding agreement outlines the terms and conditions of employment, including roles, responsibilities, compensation, and any other pertinent employment details.
Volunteering Contract: Those expressing their commitment to contribute on a voluntary basis are expected to sign a volunteering contract. This contract defines the terms of the voluntary engagement, encompassing the nature of the contribution, duration, and any specific guidelines associated with the volunteered services.

Exception: Freelance Work

For individuals engaged in freelance work with Niro Team, the signing of a formal work or volunteering contract is not mandatory by default. However, Niro Team reserves the right to mandate the signing of a Freelance Work Contract, including an NDA, should the nature of the freelance work involve access to sensitive information.

Mandatory Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

NDA for Employees and Volunteers: Individuals signing either a work contract or a volunteering contract are required to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This NDA ensures the confidentiality of Niro Team's proprietary information, trade secrets, and intellectual property.
NDA for Freelancers (if deemed necessary): Freelancers may be required to sign a Freelance Work Contract, including a mandatory Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), at the discretion of Niro Team. This additional layer of confidentiality safeguards sensitive information relevant to the freelance project.

Compliance and Documentation

Mandatory Signing: It is mandatory for all workers, volunteers, and freelancers (if required) to sign the applicable contract along with the associated Non-Disclosure Agreement before commencing their engagement with Niro Team.
Contract Review: All contracts and NDAs will be reviewed and verified by Niro Team's designated authority to ensure compliance with legal standards and alignment with Niro Team's values and objectives.

Review and Amendment

This policy will undergo periodic reviews to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness. Amendments may be made as necessary to accommodate changes in the organizational structure, legal requirements, or the evolving needs of Niro Team.

Compliance Assurance

All individuals engaging with Niro Team are expected to comply with the stipulations of their respective contracts and NDAs. Non-compliance may result in the termination of the engagement, subject to the terms outlined in the applicable contract.
