Third-Party Engagement Policy within Niro Team

Policy Statement:

In the event that Niro Team engages a third-party for project oversight, a stringent protocol is in place to safeguard project confidentiality and intellectual property. This policy mandates that appointed the third-party undergo a formal process of signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) contract provided by their respective employers before commencing their involvement in the project.

Process for Third-Party Engagement:

Identification and Selection: Niro Team will carefully identify and select a third-party based on their expertise, qualifications, and compatibility with the project's objectives.
NDA Requirement: Prior to their involvement in the project, selected a third-party are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) provided by their employer. This agreement outlines the confidentiality obligations and restrictions pertaining to the project's sensitive information.
Submission of NDA: The signed NDA must be submitted to Niro Team's designated authority for verification and record-keeping. This submission is a mandatory step before the third-party is enrolled in the project.
Enrollment in the Project: Upon successful verification of the signed NDA, the third-party will be officially enrolled in the project. Their engagement will be subject to continued compliance with the terms outlined in the NDA.

NDA Compliance and Consequences:

Ongoing Compliance: Throughout their involvement in the project, the third-party must strictly adhere to the confidentiality obligations specified in the signed NDA. Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate termination of their engagement.
Consequences of Non-Compliance: Non-compliance with the NDA terms will be treated with utmost seriousness. Niro Team reserves the right to take legal action against any third-party manager found in violation of the confidentiality agreement, seeking remedies for potential damages incurred.

Review and Amendment:

This policy will be periodically reviewed to ensure its relevance and effectiveness. Amendments may be made as necessary to align with the evolving needs and objectives of Niro Team.

Compliance Assurance:

All third-party(s) engaged by Niro Team are expected to familiarize themselves with and adhere to this policy. Failure to comply may result in termination of their involvement in the project and potential legal consequences.
