Recognition and Privilege Allocation Policy

Policy Statement:

This policy governs the allocation of honors and privileges within the context of the Israeli community and Niro Team's communities. Honors and privileges, denoted by a sense of VIP (Very Important Person) status, are exclusively extended to individuals who have demonstrated significant contributions to the Israeli community and/or the communities associated with Niro Team.

Criteria for Recognition:

Recognition and VIP status will be granted based on the following criteria:

Contributions to the Israeli Community: Individuals eligible for recognition must have made notable and positive contributions to the Israeli community. This may include but is not limited to philanthropic endeavors, community development initiatives, or fostering positive societal impact.
Contributions to Niro Team's Communities: Recognition may also be extended to individuals who have significantly contributed to the various communities affiliated with Niro Team. This encompasses efforts aimed at advancing the goals and values of Niro Team, fostering community engagement, and enhancing the overall well-being of its members.

Privilege Allocation Process:

Recognition and VIP status will be granted to individuals who meet the specified criteria without a separate approval process. The process includes:

Nomination: Members of the community or the Niro Team team may nominate individuals they believe warrant recognition for their contributions.
Evaluation: A designated committee will assess the nominations, considering the nature and impact of the contributions made by the nominee to both the Israeli community and Niro Team's communities.
Communication: Individuals who are nominated and meet the criteria will be formally notified of their VIP status, along with any associated privileges or honors.

Other:

In addition to the aforementioned criteria, it is acknowledged that customers possess the autonomy to confer honors and privileges, including VIP status, to individuals of their choosing, even if such individuals do not meet the criteria outlined above. This discretionary authority recognizes the customer's free will to extend recognition based on personal considerations or unique circumstances. This provision respects the customer's autonomy while upholding the established criteria as the primary framework for official recognition within the Israeli community and Niro Team's communities.
